Out of order? "About dry batteries／attaching to walls" Pet's pendulum clock

出荷前に必ず動作チェックをして正常稼働を確認しておりますが、
「単3乾電池を入れ壁面・柱などに正しく設置しても振り子が動かない」と、
お客様からご連絡を頂く場合があります。
Before shipment, we always check the operation to confirm that it is working properly, but sometimes customers contact us saying "The pendulum does not move even if the AA batteries are installed correctly on the wall or pillars.".

故障修理のご依頼の前に、乾電池についてご確認ください。
以下条件の品をご使用ではないでしょうか？
Before requesting repair, check the batteries.
Are you using an item with the following conditions?

・格安乾電池（100均ショップ等の品）
・数年、在庫として保存していた乾電池
・Cheap dry batteries (discount store etc.)
・Dry batteries that have been stored in stock for several years

これらは新たに開封された品であっても、初期不良や漏電などの原因で
既に十分な蓄電量が失われている場合があります。
Even if these are newly opened items, there may be cases where sufficient power storage has already been lost due to initial failure or electrical leakage.

正常稼働のために、新品の国産メーカーの乾電池をご使用ください。
Please use new batteries from a well-known manufacturer for proper operation.

・TOSHIBA／東芝
・maxell／マクセル　ほか
・国産メーカーの充電池

Q「針は動くが、振り子が動かなくなった」というお問い合わせ。
　Case "The needle moved, but the pendulum stopped moving".
A.針よりも振り子を動かすほうが電力消費量が大きいため、
　残量が少なくなると、振り子が先に動かなくなります。
　新しい国産乾電池を入れ替えてお試しください。
　Moving a pendulum consumes more power than moving a needle.
　Therefore, when the battery is low, the pendulum will not move first.
　Please replace the new batteries and try it.
